Contact Form Coming Soon

The Contact & Permissions form is being configured. This temporary page explains the available inquiry categories and the information to prepare before submitting a request.

No inquiry or permission request can be submitted through this page yet. Please return when the form is available. A permission request is not received, reviewed, or approved until it has been submitted through the configured contact process and you have received a response.

What to Prepare for a Permission Request

Before the form becomes available, gather the details needed to evaluate the proposed use:

  • the specific DCPF material, passage, figure, template, or artifact you want to use;
  • how and where the material would be reproduced, adapted, displayed, taught, or distributed;
  • the purpose, format, intended audience, and expected distribution;
  • whether the proposed use is commercial or noncommercial;
  • whether you plan to modify, translate, excerpt, or combine the material with other content;
  • the name of the person or organization making the request;
  • any relevant publication, event, project, or decision deadline; and
  • your contact information.
Submitting a request will not itself grant permission. Permission is granted only through an explicit written response identifying the approved use and any applicable conditions.

What to Include in Other Inquiries

Provide enough context to understand your question or proposal without including confidential, proprietary, sensitive, or regulated information. Helpful details may include:

  • the inquiry category and a concise subject;
  • your question, proposed activity, or desired outcome;
  • the DCPF page, framework, responsibility, artifact, or publication involved;
  • your domain or intended setting;
  • what you have already tried or reviewed; and
  • any relevant, reasonable response deadline.

Before Requesting Permission

Some uses may already be addressed by the current published terms. Review the Copyright & Important Notice before preparing a request.

dcpfai.org is the authoritative site and definitive reference for current official DCPF materials, permissions information, and updates. Do not rely on an older or third-party copy when identifying material for a request.

Important Boundaries

  • This page does not provide legal, medical, financial, safety, or other professional advice.
  • DCPF is experimental and has not been broadly or independently validated.
  • An implementation question does not transfer responsibility for your design, content, validation, decisions, or outcomes.
  • Do not send passwords, private keys, personal records, unpublished client data, or other sensitive information through the forthcoming general inquiry form.

For the full conditions governing DCPF use, review the Copyright & Important Notice.
